What if the Universe asked you, “What Next Dear One?” – what would you say? Do you have an answer? What’s true in your heart, what wants to unfold? With all the demands and challenges of life…with the chaos in the world, have you had time to consider what’s calling for your attention?
I’m excited to share with you a 4 part blog series called What Next Dear One? intended to help you co-conspire with the Universe about creating more of what brings your heart alive in a gentle and joy-filled way.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how we live in a world full of striving, pushing, comparing, winning, producing. When we buy into that cycle and tune into the chaos in the world, it can be exhausting. We oftentimes end up on a downward spiral of feeling overwhelmed, less than fulfilled, tired or discouraged. We may find ourselves giving up on what’s true in our hearts.
In this 4 part blog series, I will share with you tips and practices to help you co-conspire with God to create more of what you love in life. Here’s the lineup:
- Post 1 – What Brings Your Heart Alive? Stop answering to the “shoulds”, and listen to what really brings your heart alive – what is it that you love, and want to create more of? You’ll learn how important it is to get clear on what brings your heart alive, it’s a key to resilience, joy, and happiness.
- Post 2 – Listen Listen to the nudges, the whispers, and inspiration to create more of what you love. I believe in a God that loves us big, and wants to guide us toward our dreams and aspirations. We need to silence the noise to hear the guidance, I’ll share some tips and ideas on how to do that.
- Post 3 – Shine and Surrender We’ll explore taking bold actions to move you closer to your heart’s desires. No pushing and striving here, no resolutions, goals, or New Year challenges to sign up for. This is about taking divine bold steps that fill you with joy and happiness. These are bold steps that you never tire of taking because they make you come alive and inspire you. We’ll start small with the bold steps to gain some momentum, then practice surrendering.
- Post 4 – Be Gentle & Repeat We will develop a practice of being gentle. Life is full of challenges, obstacles, disappointments, setbacks. You being gentle with yourself is imperative, a non-negotiable. We’ll explore how being gentle with yourself can keep you from spiraling down and give you the energy for what you love.
I believe that we each have an inkling in our heart calling for our attention. No matter what our circumstances, God’s not done with us yet, we’re not done yet. What Next Dear One? is about honoring what brings your heart alive in a way that’s practical and fun.
Thanks for checking the series out! I’ll be eager to hear your reactions.
