I took my first restorative yoga class many years ago, and immediately fell in love with the practice! Restorative yoga is a practice that utilizes bolsters, blocks, and blankets to help you to “fall in” and rest in different poses. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to experience a deep release and rest!
